The hotel is nestled in a beautiful side-valley near the main ski resort, making it a perfect location for winter sports enthusiasts. The rooms are clean and well-serviced, but I did experience some issues with air conditioning at first. Service could have been better, especially given the hotel’s five-star status. Dining was superb with a great selection of food, and overall, it's good value for money despite a few maintenance hiccups.

The rooms were clean and had all the necessary amenities, but the air conditioning wasn’t effective initially, making it a bit uncomfortable for the first few days.
Service

The service was lacking, as the staff didn’t have helpful information on the Olympics, and I felt they were not as service-minded as I expected for a five-star hotel.

I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is fantastic, nestled in the mountains and close to all the sights of Krasnaya Polyana. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, though I did encounter an issue with some plumbing that caused water to drip from the ceiling at one point. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful, but there were some organizational hiccups. Overall, it was a good value for money, though not without its quirks.

The rooms are very spacious and have a nice view, and I appreciated the satellite multi-lingual TV and minibar. However, I did experience some plumbing issues with water dripping from the bathroom ceiling.

The service was well-meaning and endlessly pleasant, but I felt that better organization could really elevate the experience. One time, I found the staff a bit rude which was unexpected.

I recently stayed at a hotel located in a small side-valley near a major ski resort. The rooms were spacious and equipped with necessary amenities, but the air conditioning struggled to keep the temperature comfortable. The dining selection was incredibly varied and included fantastic European and Russian options. Overall, while there were some positives, the service left a bit to be desired, with a lack of responsiveness during issues.

7.2/10

I had a decent stay at this hotel, with spacious rooms and a friendly staff, but the service could use some improvement in organization. The location is nice, surrounded by beautiful trees in the mountains, although there’s a big concrete wall in front. Dining options were really impressive with a variety of food, especially European and Russian dishes. Overall, it's a good value for money, but not without its flaws.

Rooms
7.0
The rooms were large and well-appointed, featuring spacious bathrooms and plenty of wardrobe space. However, the design felt quite sterile, reminiscent of a hospital.
Service
6.0
While the staff was well-meaning and endlessly pleasant, they didn't come off as very organized or hospitable towards foreigners.
Location

The hotel is nestled in a small side-valley near the main ski resort, offering beautiful views, but it’s currently surrounded by construction, which detracts from the overall appeal.
Dining

Facilities

Facilities were acceptable but nothing particularly stood out as luxurious or modern.
